Two Vietnamese nationals were arrested after Pasay police found drugs and firearm in their possession at a bar located along Roxas Blvd, Barangay 76, Zone 10, Pasay City, at 3:00 AM of July 9, 2024.

Suspects were identified as alias Van, male, 26 years old (Violation of 10591, Light Threat) and alias Hoang, male, 23 years old (Violation of RA 9165, Light Threat)

According to the report, operatives of Station Intelligence Section and six others were conducting monitoring of KTV bars concerning a report of protective agents bringing their firearms inside the bars and clubs when complainant, alias Truong, Vietnamese National, male, 26 years old approached the operatives and sought assistance regarding the suspects who allegedly threatened the complainant by showing a firearm. Consequently, the police officers responded that resulted in the arrest of the suspects and recovery of one unit of Colt Combat Commander caliber. 45 pistol with serial number with magazine loaded with three live ammunition from the suspect, Van (No LTOPF and PTC), and one small self-sealing sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, weighing 1.5 grams with SDP value of ₱ 10, 200.00 from the suspect, Hoang.

Suspects were turned over to Pasay Headquarters for documentation and filing of appropriate complaint.
