By virtue of warrant of arrest, three Top Most Wanted Persons were arrested by Taguig City Police during SPD Warrant Day.

At 10:20 AM of August 2, 2024 infront of a superstore in Arca South, Western Bicutan, Taguig City, personnel of Warrant and Subpoena Unit, Taguig CPS served warrant of arrest against alias Marlon, 42 years old, listed as Rank No. 9 (Station Level), 3rd Quarter for the Month of August 2024. Accused has a pending warrant of arrest for Violation of Sec. 39(e) of RA 3019 & Falsification under Art. 172 of RPC as amended docketed under Criminal Case Number SB-24-CRM-0089 & SB-24-CRM-0090 issued on July 30, 2024 by Hon. Rafael R Lagos, Chairperson, Associate Justice, 5th Division of Sandiganbayan with ₱126,000.00 recommended bail.

Meanwhile, at 10:50 AM along Veterans Road, Brgy., Western Bicutan, Taguig City, same personnel apprehended alias Jane, 45 years old, tagged as Rank No. 10 (Station Level), 3rd Quarter for the Month of August 2024. Alias Jane was accused for Violation of Sec. 39(e) of RA 3019 & Falsification under Art. 172 of RPC as amended docketed under Criminal Case Number SB-24-CRM-0089 & SB-24-CRM-0090 issued on July 30, 2024 by Hon. Rafael R Lagos, Chairperson, Associate Justice, 5th Division of Sandiganbayan with ₱126,000.00 recommended bail.

Lastly, 11:20 AM of the same day, service of warrant of arrest was also conducted by the personnel of Substation 6, Taguig CPS along Ballecer St., Central Signal Village, Taguig City that resulted in the arrest of alias Brill, 38 years old, the Rank No. 3 (Station Level), 3rd Quarter for the Month of August 2024. On the strength of warrant of arrest, alias Brill was arrested for Homicide (service of sentence) docketed under Criminal Case Number 126807 issued on July 16, 2018 by Hon. Mariam G Bien, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 153, Taguig City.

All accused are temporarily detained at Custodial Facility of Taguig CPS while return of Warrant of Arrest is being prepared to notify the issuing court that the same has been served.
