Anti criminality operation conducted by Las Piñas City Police Station resulted in the apprehension of alias Marion, listed as SPD’s rank three most wanted person for the month of April 2024. Alias Marion, aged 38, was taken into custody at 7:00 PM on April 19, 2024, in Brgy Almanza Dos, Las Piñas City.

The arrest was made by operatives of the Warrant & Subpoena Section and the Station Intelligence Section of the Las Piñas City Police Station. The suspect was apprehended by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for three counts of Sexual Assault, docketed under CC No. 24-0202, 24-0203, and 24-0204. These warrants were issued by Honorable Presiding Judge Mildred Jacinto Marquez of Family Court Branch 2, Las Piñas City, on March 18, 2024. The bail recommended was set at ₱600,000.00.
