Makati City Police Station operatives successfully apprehended the Top 1 Most wanted person for the second quarter of 2024, accused of the heinous crime of rape. The arrested was identified as alias Danny (39), streetsweeper.

On June 14, 2024, at around 8:20AM in Barangay Poblacion, Makati City, the Warrant and Subpoena Unit, in collaboration with the Bailiff of Makati City Police Station executed warrant of arrest against the accused issued by Honorable ENCARNACION JAJA G. MOYA, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 146, Makati City. The warrant, docketed under Criminal No.14-1256 to 14-1257 and issued on September 5, 2014, cited charges of rape under the Revised Penal Code Art.266-B. No bail was recommended, and the accused is now subject to the service of sentence.
