The Station Level Top 5 Most Wanted Person of Pasay CPS was arrested during the service of warrant conducted at Villaruel St., Pasay City, at about 3:45 PM of October 7, 2024, according to the report received by PBGEN BERNARD R YANG, DD, SPD.

He was identified as alias Aga, 36 years old.

Personnel from Warrant and Subpoena Section, Pasay CPS led the operation against the accused on the strength of warrant of arrest for Lascivious Conduct under sec 5(B) of RA 7610 (2counts) docketed under Criminal Case No. R-PSY-24-01508 to 01509-CR. The warrant of arrest was issued by Hon. Jehan Batua Sampao-Hassiman, Presiding Judge of Family Court, Branch 11, Pasay City dated August 22, 2024 with recommended bail of ₱200,000.00 for each count.

Accused is presently detained at Custodial Facility of Pasay CPS pending the issuance of commitment order from the court of origin.
