Anti-drug operation conducted by personnel of Taguig City Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit resulted in the apprehension of alias Alexander, 48 years old, at around 9:30 PM at Barangay Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

During the operation, law enforcement officers seized nine heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, weighing approximately 30.46 grams, with Standard Drug Price (SDP) value of ₱207,128.00. Arresting officers also confiscated a genuine ₱500 bill and six ₱1000 boodle money, all used as buy-bust money, along with a black coin purse.

The confiscated items will be submitted to the Southern Police District Forensic Unit for laboratory examination. Complaint for violating Sections 5 and 11 of R.A. 9165 is being prepared against the suspect and will be filed with the Taguig City Prosecutor’s Office.
