Under the strong leadership of Police Brigadier General Randy Y. Arceo, Acting District Director of the Southern Police District (SPD), the intensified campaign against wanted persons continues to bear fruit as the Parañaque City Police Station (CPS) successfully arrested one of the District’s Top 8 Most Wanted Persons (TTMWP) for the month of October 2025.

The accused, identified as alias “Mak-Mak”, 26 years old, male, unemployed, and a resident of Brgy. San Antonio Valley I, Parañaque City, he was apprehended at Clarmen Village, Brgy. San Isidro, Parañaque City at around 12:37 PM on October 12, 2025.

The arrest was carried out by the operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) under the direct supervision of PCOL Nicolas S Piñon, Chief of Police, Parañaque CPS, along with the ACOPO, and Chief, WSS.

The operation was executed by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for four (4) counts of Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 335 of the Revised Penal Code, in relation to Section 5(b) of Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act). The warrants were issued by Hon. Moises Domingo D.S. Castro, Presiding Judge of the Family Court, Branch 10, Parañaque City, on September 2, 2025, with a recommended bail of ₱180,000.00 for each count.

The accused was apprised of his constitutional rights in a language known and understood by him and is now under the custody of the Parañaque Police Station Custodial Facility pending the return of the warrant to the issuing court.
