On October 11, 2025, at around 12:05 AM, operatives of the Parañaque City Police Station (CPS), under the direct supervision of Police Colonel Nicolas S. Piñon, Chief of Police, successfully arrested alias “Rolly,” 35 years old, male, single, a construction worker, and resident of Silverio Compound, Barangay San Isidro, Parañaque City.
The accused, listed as the Top 1 Most Wanted Person (Station Level – Parañaque CPS) for October 2025, was apprehended by elements of the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Rape by Sexual Assault under Article 266-A, Paragraph 2 of the Revised Penal Code, in relation to Section 5 (b) of Republic Act 7610, docketed under Criminal Case No. 2025-1488.
The warrant was issued by Hon. Marie Grace Javier Ibay, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 194, Parañaque City, on September 30, 2025, with a recommended bail of ₱200,000.00.
In compliance with Supreme Court Administrative Matter A.M. No. 21-06-08-SC (Rules on the Use of Body-Worn Cameras in the Execution of Warrants), the service of the warrant was properly documented using a Body-Worn Camera (BWC) and a cellular phone as an Alternative Recording Device (ARD) to ensure transparency and accountability during the operation.
The accused was informed of the nature of his arrest and apprised of his constitutional rights in Tagalog, a language he fully understood. He was then brought to the Parañaque City Police Station for standard booking procedures and is currently detained at the Custodial Facility of Parañaque CPS, pending the return of the warrant to the court of origin.
By ensuring that offenders are held accountable for their actions, this successful operation demonstrates SPD’s strong commitment to upholding justice and safeguarding the community. “I commend our personnel for their dedication and effective execution of the operation,” said Acting District Director, PBGEN Randy Y. Arceo.
