On October 30, 2025, at around 2:30 PM, Police Brigadier General RANDY Y ARCEO, Acting District Director of the Southern Police District, conducted an inspection of various cemeteries and transport terminals across Southern Metro Manila as part of the security preparations for “UNDAS 2025.”

PBGen ARCEO personally inspected the deployment of SPD personnel at the Libingan ng mga Bayani along Bayani Road, Taguig City, and subsequently visited The Heritage Park, also in Taguig City, Himlayan Palanyag Cemetery and Manila Memorial Park located at Parañaque City to ensure the orderly implementation of security measures and police visibility. He then proceeded to the One Ayala Bus Station in Makati City and later to the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) and LRT Station 1 – Asia World to assess the security and traffic management operations in the area.

The inspection was in line with the directives of the Acting Chief, Philippine National Police, Police Lieutenant General JOSE MELENCIO C NARTATEZ JR through the Regional Director of the National Capital Region Police Office, Police Major General ANTHONY A ABERIN to ensure public safety, smooth traffic flow, and overall peace and order during the observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.
