On October 23, 2025, the Southern Police District, under the leadership of Police Brigadier General Randy Y. Arceo, Acting District Director, actively participated in the “Trick or Treat” held at the SPD Headquarters, Lawton Avenue, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

During the celebration, assorted candies and goodies were cheerfully distributed to the students of the SPD Child Development Center, bringing smiles and excitement to the young learners.

The activity was organized by the District Community Affairs and Development Division (DCADD), headed by Police Colonel Samuel B. Pabonita.

This initiative aimed to bring joy to the children while fostering stronger police-community relations. It also sought to build the trust and confidence of the youth in law enforcement officers, reinforcing the image of the police as protectors, role models, and friends of the community.
