SPD Intensifies Manhunt Operations, Arrests Top 3 Most Wanted in Muntinlupa

The Southern Police District (SPD), through the Muntinlupa City Police Station, successfully served a Warrant of Arrest against alias “Lady,” listed as Rank No. 3 in the Station Level Top Ten Most Wanted Persons for October 2025. The operation was conducted on October 13, 2025, at around 1:40 PM in Southville 3, Barangay Poblacion, Muntinlupa City.

The arrest was carried out by personnel of the Warrant and Subpoena Unit under the supervision of Police Colonel Robert Casimiro Domingo, Chief of Police, Muntinlupa City Police Station. The team apprehended the suspect by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Lovella Fernandez Demetria-Valdez, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 276, Muntinlupa City, for the crime of Robbery with Violence Against or Intimidation of Persons (Article 294 of the Revised Penal Code), docketed under Criminal Case No. 25-885, dated October 10, 2025, with a recommended bail of ₱100,000.00.

Following her arrest, alias “Lady,” a 38-year-old resident of Southville 3, Barangay Poblacion, Muntinlupa City, underwent the mandatory medical and physical examination at the Muntinlupa City Health Center before being turned over to the Custodial Facility Unit of the station for proper disposition.

In a statement, Police Brigadier General Randy Y. Arceo, Acting District Director of the Southern Police District, commended the swift action and coordination of the Muntinlupa City Police Station in apprehending a wanted individual who had long evaded arrest.

“This arrest demonstrates our police force’s dedication to upholding the law and ensuring that justice is served. The Southern Police District remains committed to tracking down fugitives and maintaining the safety of our communities,” PBGEN Arceo said.
