Joint Warrant and Subpoena Unit personnel together with operatives of Makati City Police Drug Enforcement Unit implemented the warrant of arrest against alias Ronaldo, 28 years old, factory worker, in Sta. Ana Manila at about 2:55 PM of January 31, 2024.

Alias Ronaldo is listed as the Top 8 Most Wanted Person of Makati CPS for the month of January (1st Quarter, CY 2024) and has a pending warrant of arrest for violation of Sections 5 and Section 11, Article II, of RA 9165. The warrant of arrest was issued by Hon. Danilo D. Leyva, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 175, Manila docketed under Criminal Case No. R-MNL-21-09494-CR, R-MNL-21-09495-CR dated December 22, 2023 with no recommended bail.

Alias Ronaldo is now detained in Makati CPS, likewise the issuing court will be notified on the arrest of the accused.
