In line with the intensified campaign against wanted persons, the Top 3 Station Level Most Wanted Person was arrested on October 11, 2024, 7:30 PM at Guivano Street, Phase 3, Barangay San Dionisio Parañaque City.

PBGEN BERNARD R YANG, District Director, identified the accused as alias Bayling, 20 years old, listed as most wanted person of Parañaque CPS.

The operation was carried out by virtue of a warrant of arrest for Frustrated Murder under Criminal Case No. 2024-0074, issued by Hon. Harold Cesar C. Huliganga of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 196, Parañaque City, on September 12, 2024. The bail for the accused is set at ₱200,000.00.

Alias Bayling is presently detained at Custodial Facility of Parañaque City Police Station.
