PBGEN MARK D PESPES, District Director, SPD, presided the Turnover of Office of District Mobile Force Battalion between PCOL WERENFREDO S REGIDOR, Outgoing FC, DMFB and PLTCOL DENNIS F SUMALILENG, Incoming FC, DMFB, on April 19, 2024, 3:00 PM at Conference Room, SPD Headquarters, Lawton Avenue, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

The Presiding Officer recognized the accomplishments of DMFB under the supervision of PCOL REGIDOR, thanking him for his contribution and hard work to put SPD DMFB to the top, meanwhile the District Director warmly welcomed the incoming Force Commander PLTCOL DENNIS F SUMALILENG, directing him to align with the vision set forth by the Chief PNP and the 7-point agenda of the regional director, towards Bagong Pilipinas. In the end he congratulated the two officers for the new height of their career and encouraged them to continuously work with highest value of Integrity and Professionalism.
